P-CPP may be for you if…

  • You are having a hard time bonding with your pregnancy

  • You are pregnant while experiencing severe stress

  • You have a history of trauma/Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)

  • Your baby will be in the NICU

  • You are pregnant after miscarriage, stillbirth,
    or child loss

  • You have significant anxiety about becoming a parent

  • You have been involved with child welfare, or had children removed from your care

  • You struggle with prenatal appointments

  • You have a history of premature or traumatic births
